Vibecam does not require users to create an account or provide personal information to access basic video chat features. You acknowledge that your interactions are anonymous unless you choose to share personal information with other users.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Vibecam responsibly and respectfully. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you will NOT:

  • Use Vibecam if you are under 18 years of age.

  • Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior toward other users.

  • Expose yourself, engage in sexual acts, or share sexually explicit content.

  • Use the platform for illegal purposes or to promote illegal activities.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your identity.

  • Attempt to collect personal information from other users without their consent.

  • Spam, scam, or deceive other users.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

  • Attempt to bypass any safety or moderation systems.

  • Record, screenshot, or distribute any video chat content without the explicit consent of all participants.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access, reporting to authorities, or other legal action.

5. Reporting and Moderation

Vibecam provides a one-click reporting system for users to flag inappropriate behavior. We reserve the right, but assume no obligation, to monitor, moderate, or remove content or users that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. We may take any action we deem appropriate in response to reported violations.

6. Third-Party Links and Recommendations

Vibecam may feature links to third-party websites, partner platforms, or services. We provide these links for your convenience and do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Vibecam—including text, graphics, logos, design, and software—is the property of Vibecam or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF VIBECAM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

  • THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USING THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

  • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VIBECAM, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE.

  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

  • INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vibecam and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the service.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your conduct or interactions with other users.

  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vibecam at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
